For sale is our 6 pack set oil rubbed bronze heavy duty 3" double acting DUAL ACTION SPRING SWINGING CAFE DOOR HINGES and hardware with nylon bearings for smoother and quieter operation. mount barrel style double acting hinges allow cafe doors to swing freely in two directions and close automatically using a spring action. The hinges spring action tension is adjustable so the cafe doors can close at the rate you set. To hold in the open position you simply insert a block in between the hinge leafs (block not included). Cafe door hardware and simple to follow installation instructions are included - Only basic tools and skills needed. 4 double acting cafe door spring hinges hang one cafe door set consisting of 2 cafe door panels -- 1" Gap allowance is required (Example: FOR A 36" FINISHED DOOR OPENING BUILD 2 CAFE DOORS 17 1/2" EACH TOTALING 35"). If your gap allowance is less than 1" mortising the hinges into the door will be necessary.
